Collaboration between Keppel Land and Metland in the Development of Housing Areas in Jakarta and Surrounding Areas

Bali, Indonesia, December 6, 2018 - Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land), through its subsidiary, Keppel Land (Indonesia) Pte Ltd, and PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland), signed an Overall Cooperation Agreement for the development of projects in Metland's residential land in the Jakarta and surrounding areas (6/12) with an investment value of Rp. 5 trillion.

This agreement was signed in Bali, between Goh York Lin, President (Indonesia) Keppel Land, and Thomas J. Angfendy, President Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. The Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the Republic of Indonesia, Basuki Hadimuljono, also witnessed the signing, which was held at the opening of the FIABCI Global Business Summit.
