Metland and KAI Jointly Develop KAI Living, Batavia Cluster at Metland Cibitung

PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) through its subsidiary PT. Fajarputera Dinasti (Metland Cibitung) entered into a strategic partnership with KAI Properti to develop KAI Living - the Batavia Cluster in Metland Cibitung. The agreement was signed through a Sales Cooperation Agreement (PKP) by Nitik Hening, Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk and Yoseph Ibrahim, President Director of KAI Properti at KAI Properti head office in Sawah Besar Station office complex, Central Jakarta (11/12).

The Batavia cluster carries the concept of Modern Tropical Open Plan, a modern, spacious tropical residence with fresh air circulation and optimal lighting. The Batavia cluster is located in the Metland Cibitung area which is a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) housing and is integrated with Telaga Murni Commuter Line KRL Station, also equipped with facilities such as school, Waterland, hospital as well as commercial areas (shopping centers, apartments, hotels and offices).
