Grand Metropolitan Presents Waterplay, the First Rooftop Water Vehicle in Bekasi
BEKASI, investor.id - Grand Metropolitan presents a children's water game, namely Waterplay. Additional facilities are located on the roof of the 9th floor parking building (rooftop) with a height of approximately 27 meters, equipped with a children's playground to a family restaurant.
The opening ceremony was marked by the signing of an inscription by the Acting Mayor of Bekasi Tri Adhianto Tjahyono, accompanied by the Commissioner of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk Nanda Widya, and the Board of Directors of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk.
The waterplay, which is directly connected to the shopping center, has a Rooftop Garden concept, making the green garden part of an attractive children's play attraction. Waterplay is equipped with several children's games that can explore children's activities such as water slides, spray ground areas, water hurdles and spilled buckets.
"This is the first children's water ride in Bekasi which is located on the rooftop of a shopping center. Visitors can enjoy the sensation of playing in the water and relaxing with a view of Bekasi City,” said Andi Surya Kurnia, Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk, in Bekasi, Thursday (7/7).
Waterplay is equipped with a family restaurant The Lookout Restaurant, a restaurant that serves a variety of special menu choices, such as Pizza and Pasta. In addition, there are colorful photo areas that are contemporary, such as hot air balloons, to terraced areas that visitors can use to enjoy the sunset.
The Waterland area and The Lookout Restaurant can also be chosen as a place for birthdays, social gatherings or gathering with family, friends and relatives. Until now, several tenants have collaborated to hold outdoor activities in the area, such as the Gold's Gym tenant who held yoga activities and Rockstar Gym which held children's gymnastics activities.
To enter the Waterplay area, visitors are charged an entrance ticket (HTM) of IDR 50,000 (weekdays) and IDR 75,000 (weekends) with operating hours starting at 07.00-18.00WIB for Waterplay and 07.00-22.00WIB for The Lookout Restaurant.
