Metland (MTLA) Wins Best Property Bisnis Indonesia Award 2022
Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Property issuer PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) won the award as the best issuer in the property and real estate sector in the 2022 Bisnis Indonesia Award (BIA).
MTLA competes with a number of other property development companies, such as the developer of the Gandaria City and Kota Kasablanka malls, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON), Ciputra Group, PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA), PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. (ASRI) and Sinar Mas Group, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE).
Until the first half of this year, MTLA's recurring income reached IDR 204 billion from the IDR 410 billion target, or about 30 percent of total marketing sales.
Marketing sales of MTLA in the first semester of 2022 decreased by 8 percent compared to the same period last year.
MTLA has a number of residential projects in Jabodetabek, such as Metland Cyber City and Metland Menteng as well as several hotel projects and commercial areas such as Metland Hotel Cirebon and Hotel Horison Bekasi. For information, the Bisnis Indonesia Award has been going on for 2 decades.

The jury consists of the Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (Indef) Senior Economist Aviliani; Director of PT Indovesta Utama Mandiri Rivan Kurniawan; President Director of the Indonesian Business Group Lulu Terianto; Director of PT Bahana TCW Investment Management Doni Firdaus; and Head of Research NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia Liza Camelia Suryanata.
The Bisnis Indonesia Award (BIA) is a form of appreciation from the Bisnis Indonesia Group to business people in Indonesia, especially corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial companies that have excellent performance.
