Metland Cibitung Wins the 2022 People's Choice Golden Property Awards

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) through the residential project Metland Cibitung won the GOLDEN PROPERTY AWARDS The People's Choice 2022, category Favorite Housing Project, Region Bekasi and Surrounding. The award was received by Dedy Indrawan General Manager of Metland Cibitung, at the awards night in Jakarta (13/10). The People's Choice is the first and only award event in the property sector that involves the active participation of consumers in selecting the winner.

The voting nomination process runs from September 4 to October 4 2022, the month-long election has succeeded in gathering more than 130 thousand consumer votes from various regions in Indonesia. Great enthusiasm with the number of consumer votes that reached more than 136 thousand votes spread across 38 award categories. There were seven categories with the most total consumer votes, namely Favorite Subsidized Housing Project, Favorite Millennial Home Design, Favorite Luxury Home Design, Developer Brand of The Year, Property Agent Company of The Year, Favorite Bank - Syariah KPR, and Favorite Bank - KPR Conventional.

The Metland Cibitung housing project developed by PT Metropolitan Land Tbk is the first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept housing in Indonesia which is directly connected to the commuterline KRL at the Metland Telaga Murni Station in housing, as a mobility solution to support the residents' daily activities which is fast and friendly environment.
