Metland Wins Asia Pacific Property Awards

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) won two awards at the 2023 - 2024 Asia Pacific Property Awards in the "Mixed Use Development" category for the Metland Cibitung project and the "Residential Development 20 Plus Units" category for The Riviera at Puri project. The award was received directly by Wahyu Sulistio, Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk in Bangkok, Thailand (31/5).

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the regional International Property Awards to appreciate companies in Asia Pacific such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, India, Philippines and others with the highest level of achievement in architecture, interior design, real estate and good property development. residential and commercial sector.

Metland Cibitung is a housing project with a Green Development concept with an area of 226 hectares developed into a residential and commercial mixed use area equipped with Transit Oriented Development (TOD), directly connected to the KRL commuterline Metland Telaga Murni Station inside the housing as a mobility solution to support daily activities fast and environmentally friendly residents. In addition, Metland Cibitung will have several new accesses, both mass transportation and connecting roads, which are in the planning stages. Metland Cibitung is projected to become a business center in the Cibitung area in line with the plan to develop a commercial area of approximately 24 hectares under the name Milenia City.

The Riviera at Puri is a joint operation project of Metland and Keppel Land located in the Metland Cyber Puri area, Tangerang. The exclusive residence of The Riviera at Puri carries the concept of a resort with complete facilities which are limited by a river. This project stands on 12 hectares of land and has a strategic location close to the Karang Tengah toll gate which has access to the Jakarta - Merak toll road. The Riviera at Puri successfully sold 460 units in 3 stages, which started sales in 2017.
