Metland Holds 2023 AGMS

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) to report on the performance of the financial year ending December 31, 2022 (9/6). The annual report was well received and received approval and approval at the AGMS.

The MTLA AGMS for the 2022 financial year which was held at the Horison Ultima Bekasi Hotel was attended by the Company's Board of Commissioners and Directors and included four meeting agendas: approval of the Annual Report including ratification of the Financial Statements and Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners for the 2022 Fiscal Year, determination of the use of the Company's profits for the financial year 2022, appointment of a Public Accountant to audit the Financial Statements for the 2023 financial year and determine the salary, honorarium and other benefits for members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.

For the 2022 fiscal year MTLA earned operating revenues of IDR 1,385 billion or grew by 15.5% from the previous year in the same period of IDR 1,199 billion and a net profit of IDR 395 billion or grew by 6.26% compared to the same period of IDR 372 billion. 2022 can be passed with an increase in income, in line with the increasingly controlled co-19 pandemic.

The contribution of each MTLA line of business to total revenue is 68% from real estate sales and 32% from shopping centers, hotels, recreation centers and other revenues.

MTLA's 2022 performance results again distributed dividends to 7,655,126,330 shareholders. At the meeting, it was agreed that around 20% of net profit, or Rp. 10.3 per share, would be distributed as cash dividends, while Rp. 2 billion would be allocated as a reserve fund. The remainder is recorded as retained earnings to increase the Company's working capital.
