Metland Recorded Profit Increase

Entering the second semester of 2023, PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) in the third quarter of 2023 posted a net profit of IDR 301 billion or an increase of 12% compared to the same period of IDR 269 billion. MTLA's operating revenues in the third quarter of 2023 amounted to IDR 1.284 trillion or grew by 29% from the previous year in the same period of IDR 995 billion.

Metland Cibitung, Metland Cileungsi and Metland Cyber ??Puri provide the largest contribution to the Company's sales revenue. Meanwhile, the Company's recurring income is driven by Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, Grand Metropolitan and Hotel Horison Ultima Bekasi.

The contribution of each MTLA business sector to total revenue is 71% from sales and 29% from shopping centers, hotels, recreation centers and other income.

In addition, the recorded value of the Company's assets at the end of the third quarter of 2023 was IDR 6.9 trillion and the Company's equity IDR 5.04 trillion.
