Welcoming 30th Anniversary, Metland Breaks MURI Record

Welcoming its 30th anniversary in February 2024, PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) broke the MURI record for the category of the Largest World Ball in a Residential Area through a landscape sculpture located in the Metland Cibitung project. The MURI Charter was received directly by the President Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk, Anhar Sudradjat (27/1).

The globe has a diameter of 10.5 meters and a height of 17 meters, symbolizing Metland's vision to reach the peak of global achievement. "In each of its residential projects, Metland always presents a World Ball sculpture as a hallmark of the Metland project and this World Ball at Metland Cibitung is the largest," said Nitik Hening, Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk.

The inauguration ceremony will take place at Milenia City, an area prepared to become a commercial center in the Metland Cibitung area. Affirming its commitment to regional development, Metland Cibitung strengthens its image as TOD (Transit Oriented Development) housing with a variety of facilities.
