Metland Wins Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) has been honoured with three prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026. The accolades were presented during a ceremony held on 16 May 2025.

Metland Transyogi received two awards in the categories of "Mixed Use Architecture Indonesia" and "Mixed Use Development Indonesia". Additionally, Metland Cyber Puri was recognised in the "Residential Development 20+ Units Indonesia" category.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which acknowledge excellence in architecture, interior design, real estate, and property development across the Asia Pacific region. The awards celebrate companies from countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, India, and the Philippines that demonstrate the highest levels of achievement in the residential and commercial sectors.
