Metland Holds AGM 2025

Property issuer PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) with MTLA stock code held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) to report the financial year ended on December 31, 2024 at Horison Ultima Bekasi (28/5).

MTLA's performance for the fiscal year 2024 recorded operating revenues of Rp2.021 trillion or grew by 18.53 percent compared to the same period the previous year (YoY) of Rp1.705 trillion, while net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity amounted to Rp469 billion. This amount increased by 12.37 percent from the same period the previous year (YoY) of Rp418 billion.    

The AGMS also approved Rp86.12 billion or Rp11.25 per share to be distributed as cash dividends to 7,655,126,330 shareholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Funds were allocated as a reserve of Rp1 billion, while the rest was recorded as retained earnings.   

The Company continues to innovate digital marketing strategies to provide additional stimulus such as the ongoing Blanjaproperti program. In 2025 MTLA targets marketing sales consisting of pre sales and recurring revenue of IDR2 trillion.
