Metland Lakukan Tutup Atap Metland Smara Hotel Bekasi

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) held a topping-off ceremony for Metland Smara Hotel Bekasi, marking the completion of the hotel’s main structural works. This milestone signifies the transition to the architectural and interior finishing stages.

Metland Smara Hotel Bekasi is a four-star city hotel featuring 169 rooms across seven floors. The hotel will offer a rooftop restaurant overlooking Bekasi and Jakarta, as well as a semi-outdoor waterplay facility designed for children and families. In addition, meeting rooms and supporting facilities will be available to accommodate business activities and social events.

The hotel is strategically integrated with Grand Metropolitan shopping mall and the surrounding office complex, providing convenient access to retail, dining, and entertainment facilities within one integrated area. Metland Smara Hotel Bekasi is the second property under the Metland Smara brand, following the operational Metland Smara Hotel Kertajati, further strengthening Metland’s hospitality portfolio.
