Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026 - 2027

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) won two awards at the 2026-2027 Asia Pacific Property Awards for its Metland Venya Ubud project in the categories “Five Star, Best Leisure Architecture Indonesia” and “Five Star, Best Leisure Development Indonesia.” The awards were officially announced in Bangkok, Thailand, on May 7.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, an international property awards event that recognizes companies with the best achievements in architecture, interior design, real estate, and property development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Meanwhile, Metland Venya Ubud itself is Metland’s premium hospitality project in the Ubud area of Bali, featuring a leisure destination concept that blends natural elements with local Balinese culture.
