Keppel Land and Metland launch Phase II of The Riviera at Puri

Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) and PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) today announced the launch of Phase II of The Riviera at Puri (The Riviera), comprising 141 landed homes, following the sold-out success of Phase I, which was oversubscribed.

Located in Tangerang, Greater Jakarta, within the established Metland Puri township, The Riviera is an exclusive gated riverfront estate with a resort-style living concept and full clubhouse facilities. The Riviera also offers comprehensive leisure and sporting facilities spanning across 5,000 m2. These comprise a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a gym area, an event hall, a children’s playground, a BBQ deck, a multi-purpose court and a minimart.
